Ratliff & Taylor is the largest full-service talent management firm in Northeast Ohio, providing tailored solutions through three distinct practice areas: Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Career Transition.

We extend our local expertise globally through formal memberships with Career Partners International (CPI), one of the industry’s largest career transition firms, and Cornerstone International Group, the world’s 4th largest executive search practice.

Founded in 1990 by Jim Ratliff, the firm originally focused on the career transition needs of senior level executives. Jim invited Rick Taylor to become his partner in 1993, and Rick immediately went about the process of expanding Career Transition and launching the Executive Search practice. Mike Milby, now President & CEO, joined Rick and Jim in 2002, expanding the firm yet again with the addition of Leadership Development. Today, Ratliff & Taylor employs a team of 25 professionals who support hundreds of people each year and partners with over 125 client/companies.
