Mike Milby is an Equity Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Ratliff& Taylor. Under his guidance, the company has grown to become the largest full-service talent management consultancy in the Midwest. In addition to setting direction for the business, Mike consults with executives and client companies on a broad range of strategic human resources issues.
Due to his reputation for helping companies align strategy, culture, talent and performance, Mike is routinely engaged by organizations across the country. Clients include Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity portfolio companies, family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.
Mike’s experience in Human Resources spans four decades and he has been a trusted advisor to senior executives for more than 30 years. He spent 18 years with a Fortune 500 company where he served as a corporate officer and human resources executive with enterprise-wide responsibility for talent management, employee engagement and organizational development.
Mike routinely engages in pro bono work for non-profit organizations across Northeast Ohio. Additionally, he chairs and is actively involved in “Mission for Good”, Ratliff & Taylor’s community engagement initiative which has supported over 100 non-profits since its inception in 2018.
