Connie Cordaro is Senior Consultant in Career Transition for Ratliff & Taylor. She has an extensive background in outplacement consulting for companies in New York, Connecticut, and North Carolina as well as in Ohio. Connie also works as a Senior Recruiter with a specialty in the healthcare industry. She has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner and Senior Recruiter for Aetna US Healthcare, New Britain General Hospital in Connecticut and has worked as an executive search consultant for Judd-Falk and Flynn Hannock in New York City and Connecticut.
Connie has an MA and a BA in Communications from The University of Akron. She is also a published co-author of "Be Your Own Business, Alternatives for the New Entrepreneur" by Jist Publishing and has done outplacement consulting for executives interested in starting a business, buying a business, owning a franchise or starting a consulting practice.
