Mary Kelly is Manager of Executive Search for Ratliff & Taylor. She joined the company in 2003 as an Executive Recruiter. Mary currently serves as a Project Manager conducting searches with client companies and providing research on labor trends in the areas of sales, marketing, finance and accounting. Examples of positions filled include Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Marketing, Marketing Director, Market Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Product Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, government and healthcare industries.
Mary has a total of 21 years in the recruiting industry and has recruited for and filled hundreds of positions in sales, finance and administration. Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Mary worked 15 years with Kelly Services, Inc., a global staffing Firm. She progressed through leadership roles in sales and operations, and held titles of Branch Manager, Partnered Staffing Manager and District Operations Manager, in the Cleveland and Akron markets.
Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. She is a member of the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management. Mary is also active in her community as a scout leader and an active participant in PTA (Parent Teachers Association) for her local school district.
