Leigh Mars is Director of Search Services for Ratliff & Taylor. She serves as an Account Manager responsible for assessing the client's needs, reviewing specifications, consulting on current labor market trends and helping that organization attract top talent.
Leigh is also our internal Project Manager guiding the Recruiting Team with research, sourcing, screening and delivering the qualified candidate to the client.
Mrs. Mars holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Kent State University. She lives in Broadview Heights with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with church activities.
