CHUCK O’BRIEN is a Senior Consultant with Ratliff & Taylor specializing in Career Transition services and has been with the company since 2004. He has spent nearly 15 years in the field and has managed many employee transition programs for both large and small organizations. Chuck spent 5 years managing the career transition assistance program for NASA Glenn in Cleveland. His corporate experience has been in human resources, training, and organization development. Recently, he has been certified in Change Management through Prosci and in Leading Organizational Transitions from Linkage, Inc.
He has a Masters Degree in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University. He grows and shares his knowledge and skills teaching at the University of Phoenix, Cleveland campus, and was recognized as the 2007 Faculty Member of the Year for Undergraduate Business and Management. He also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
Chuck is well known in Northeast Ohio as a speaker and facilitator for topics involving career transition and management, organizational design and structure, and change management.
