Kenneth Sachs joined Ratliff & Taylor in 2003 and is responsible for expanding and maintaining client relationships, marketing and enhancing the portfolio of service offerings. Ken provides consulting solutions for all of Ratliff & Taylor’s practice areas. Client organizations range from Fortune 500, middle market to smaller, privately held and span all industry segments including manufacturing, financial services, health care, consumer products, retail, education, professional services and non-profit.
Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Ken was Regional Managing Director of Spherion Human Capital Consulting. In 1988, he led the start-up of Aim Executive/EnterChange which was voluntarily acquired by Spherion in 1997. Previous corporate experience includes operational and staff assignments with Bendix, General Motors and Comerica Bank. Ken graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and completed graduate work in Organizational Development at the University of Detroit.
