Rick joined Ratliff & Taylor in 1993 and has more than three decades of human resources expertise, particularly in the area of talent acquisition. Taylor is credited with building the company's Executive Search practice, but he spends most of his time leading The Coventry Group, part of the search practice he pioneered that focuses on the unique talent acquisition needs of mid-sized companies.
Taylor has served as President of the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society; Ohio State Director, Society for Human Resource Management; President, Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management; and founder of the national award winning Human Resource Networking Group. Rick has also been recognized as one of America's leading executive search professionals by both Kennedy Information Services and John Lucht's Rite-Site Executive Career Information Exchange.
Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Capital University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.
