JIM RATLIFF founded Ratliff and Taylor in April 1990.
Jim is also the global Chairman of Career Partners International (CPI) one of the largest talent
management firms in the world. He is well known in the local market as well as the international business community, and
will lead both organizations. Jim has written articles on the subject of career strategies which are often published in national
news media such as Forbes, Houston Chronicle, Los Angeles Times to name a few. He is also a Certified Life Options Retirement Coach. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA
from Baldwin Wallace College.

MIKE MILBY -is a Partner and is Chief Operating Officer. In addition
to managing daily operations, he coaches senior level executives in Ratliff & Taylor's executive outplacement program and
consults with client companies on a broad range of strategic human resource issues. Due to the outstanding reputation
he has established in coaching executives, he is routinely engaged by business leaders throughout Northeast Ohio to
provide career counseling support. Mike holds
a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Centre College of Kentucky. .

FREDERICK E. (RICK) TAYLOR joined the company in 1994 and serves as President of Ratliff and Taylor, Inc. Rick is
currently responsible for the delivery of all recruiting and Search Services. He is the founder of a national award winning Human Resource Networking Group.
Rick has also held numerous leadership positions including the Ohio State Director with The Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM) and leadership roles with Cleveland SHRM. Rick Taylor holds a B.S. in Business Management from
Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation
from the Society for Human Resources Management.

NADA NORVAL is Senior Vice President Transition Services. Since 1991, she has provided career transition counseling
to senior executives, middle management, professionals, administrative and hourly candidates. Nada worked 10 years with IBM in sales, marketing and customer service management. Her primary responsibilities included national accounts, sales support programs, and
new business generation. Over the years, Nada developed hands-on knowledge in many Northeast Ohio industries
including manufacturing, chemical, distribution, health care, transportation, banking, insurance, government, education
and retail.

directly to assisting our Outplacement clients in their job-search process. She is a Certified Life Options Retirement Coach. Jan is also responsible for managing the functional

LEIGH MARS is Director of Search Services for Ratliff & Taylor. She serves as an Account Manager responsible for assessing
the client's needs, reviewing specifications, consulting on current labor market trends and helping that organization attract
top talent. Leigh is also our internal Project Manager guiding the Recruiting Team with research, sourcing, screening and
delivering the qualified candidate to the client. Mrs. Mars holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Kent State University. She lives in Broadview
Heights with her husband and two children, spending her time with Church activities.
