The Fortune 1000 practice was formed by Mike Milby, President & CEO, to meet the demanding standards of our largest clients. Our search team focuses exclusively on attracting C-Suite and Senior Executives in this segment. Having been a corporate officer for a Fortune 1000 company, Mike understands the importance of employing a rigorous search process that ensures both technical and cultural fit. 

The formation of this practice coincided with Ratliff & Taylor joining Cornerstone International Group, the world's fourth largest executive search organization, with over 100 partners in every major and most mid-major markets around the globe. The partnership with Cornerstone enables us to expand into global markets on behalf of our clients through a network of experts representing a broad range of industries, disciplines, language and cultures.

The Coventry Group

While building Ratliff & Taylor's Executive Search practice, Rick Taylor began focusing his energy on an underserved corporate segment, senior level searches for small and mid-cap companies.  Over time he pioneered a specialty search practice, The Coventry Group, that addresses the unique talent acquisition needs of smaller, closely held organizations. The processes we leverage to attract senior level talent are operationally similar to executive search, but flexible enough to meet a broader range of search requirements and budgets.
