Traditional In-residence Career Transition Program
Our traditional in-residence career transition program includes a core group of services proven to achieve optimum results. These services include:

Non-Traditional Career Transition Programs
Our non-traditional career transition programs led by an assigned consultant, offer flexible models designed to accommodate the diverse needs of job seekers who now span four generations. Employees choose among cost neutral service options that can provide more coaching and less facility support than the traditional model.

New Horizons Program
Our New Horizons Program helps “baby boomers” identify and plan for new ways of working and living after leaving their companies or upon retirement. Clients complete an online diagnostic assessment followed by a prescriptive process delivered by a certified career coach in either an individual or workshop setting.
