The traditional career transition model at Ratliff & Taylor is designed to meet the job search needs of an employee in transition, both in terms of day-to-day training and customized one-on-one job search coaching by a professional who takes personal interest in every phase of a participant's career and job development.  

The model also meets the needs of professionals and executives whose job search has many complicated layers which are simplified by conducting their job search away from their home, in a professional, controlled environment with individual private offices,  state-of-the-art technology with phone,  high speed computers, and administrative assistance, printers, copiers, fax machines, access to 350 online skillSoft courses, and mail room services, all available during normal business hours at no additional charge for the duration of their programs.

The modelalso features, at no additional charge,  a comprehensive "work from home capability"  to enable  candidates  to continue their job search activity away from the Ratliff & Taylor offices,  as long as they have access to an internet connection.

All of our programs are built around the specific needs of our client organizations and individual candidates, not the other way around. Career Choice 24x7 is a new outplacement service created by Ratliff & Taylor to meet the transition needs that now span four generations of employees. It is a cost neutral solution allowing employees to choose the options that best suit their personal needs for more or less office support at a Ratliff & Taylor facility.
