Dear Friends and Partners,
With mixed emotions, I announce that Ken Sachs decided to retire at the end of 2015 after serving more than 12 years as Senior Vice President with Ratliff & Taylor. Ken stated that he and his wife Michal want to “cross some things off their bucket list while they are still young and healthy enough to do so.”
Despite Ken’s absence, his imprint on our organization, and the Northeast Ohio business community, will be visible well into the future. Over the years, he worked tirelessly alongside each of Ratliff & Taylor’s practice leaders to expand our customer base and manage many of our major accounts. Ken also developed a variety of customer-facing processes that are highly valued by our client-companies.
His impact on the organization extends beyond our three practice areas, however. We will miss Ken’s collaboration on business matters, his wry wit, and certainly his friendship.
Please join me in congratulating Ken on his recent retirement, an extraordinary career and wishing him a fabulous future. Though retired, Ken will remain a life-time member of the Ratliff & Taylor family.
Thank you, Ken!
Mike Milby

Ken, you became a friend at the worst possible time… I had just lost my job and didn’t know a person in Cleveland.
Over the last 15 years ( man your old) you have helped me and I have tried to help anyone you sent my way. You have become a friend and a go to person when I need advice.
I wish you and your wife a long and healthy retirement!
