Before rejoining Ratliff & Taylor, Alison served as a Global Talent Manager for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. She managed global projects for onboarding, change management and executive coaching. At Cleveland Clinic, Alison directed succession planning, performance management and organizational effectiveness for over 40,000. She served in a leadership role for Cleveland Clinic Experience, a global culture change initiative and developed the first coaching program for leaders.
