Alison Arkin brings over 30 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Healthcare Operations, and Talent Management to her role as Senior Vice President, Leadership Development at Ratliff & Taylor.
In her previous tenure at Ratliff & Taylor as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant, Alison coached executives and facilitated teams to accelerate everyone’s potential and support the team’s capacity for change. Drawing on her unique combination of business skills, Alison advised executives on how to best anchor complex initiatives through sound change management and purpose-driven goals.
Before rejoining Ratliff & Taylor, Alison served as a Global Talent Manager of Learning and Development for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. She managed complex global projects for global onboarding and DE&I, designed engaging leader development, and led the change management strategy and communication for the HR Transformation. As Director of Strategic Initiatives for Human Resources at Cleveland Clinic, Alison directed succession planning, performance management and organizational effectiveness for over 40,000 caregivers. She served in a leadership role for Cleveland Clinic Experience, a global culture change initiative and developed the first coaching program for leaders. Prior to relocating to Cleveland, Alison served as Vice President of Clinical Services for a multi-state healthcare company in California where she led clinical operations for the infusion and home healthcare division. As the Vice President of Marketing for this organization, she expanded services for patients throughout multiple states.
Alison is a professional speaker and has delivered over 100 keynotes and seminars. Alison is a Certified Serving Leader Advisor and an Adult Leadership Maturity Framework Coach. She earned her professional coaching certification from The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
