Chuck has more than 30 years of Human Resources advisory and leadership experience in global professional services and publically held companies. He provides organizations with consulting services that include executive coaching, leadership development, HR strategic planning, HR transformations and HR process improvement.
Chuck’s prior experience includes HR functional and leadership roles with EY (Ernst & Young) and Eli Lilly at the domestic and global levels with membership in executive committees and regional management committees. He has managed most HR functions, led HR transformations and played a leading role in evolving business cultures utilizing 360 degree feedback, employee surveys, social media and technology enabled HR processes. He has a proven ability to work effectively with all staff levels in different cultures across multiple geographic regions and countries.
Chuck has a MBA from University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He has a coaching certification from EY’s externally recognized program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS).
Chuck is focused on coaching executives and aspiring leaders eager to take their performance and effectiveness to new levels creating high performance teams. This includes leaders who are transitioning into new roles or phases of their career as new leaders, in a new company, making global mobility transitions and starting new careers. He brings specific value to individuals in large, global, complex and/or professional services organizations. His experience includes coaching leaders who manage across geographies, multi-cultures, during acquisitions, restructurings or newly formed organizations. He has also provided individual coaching of professionals that would include 360 feedback and career planning. He believes in focusing on things that impact results and are controllable, building effective relationships, getting results through others and continuous personal and professional development.
