Divya Sriram brings over 15 years of international human resources and leadership development experience working across geographies including India, China, Singapore, the UK and US and in sectors including manufacturing, financial services, insurance and retail. Her work focuses on challenging leaders to expand their capabilities, build accountability into their leadership approach and deepen their own leadership presence.
As a human resources leader, Divya served as Talent Management Lead for the India operations of Deutsche Bank’s Global Business Service Center and prior to that, she held senior HR Business partnering roles and led Learning & Development initiatives for Delphi Automotive Systems in India and China.
Divya believes in the power of ‘storyboarding’ and has been inspired by Disney’s concept of ‘displayed thinking’. She continuously studies multiple story-based frameworks and has particular interest in coaching leaders and teams on transformational leadership, building a strong leadership pipeline, empowering women leaders, and facilitating the definition of culture relative to strategic planning.
Divya lives with her husband, Sriram, and their son in Canton, Ohio. Divya is an active member of United Way’s Women’s Leadership of Stark County, and passionately supports education initiatives and youth development especially with the middle school girl students at the inner-city schools to build their leadership skills. She also supports the SCORE Canton team as a counsellor on leadership themes to various small and medium business entrepreneurs and conducting workshops in the community.
