Gregg Levine is a Senior Consultant at Ratliff & Taylor specializing in Career Transition. He provides guidance to all client levels including senior executives, management, professionals and administrative candidates. Gregg came to Ratliff & Taylor after a successful career at BP where he held progressively responsible positions in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Human Resources.
Gregg worked internationally for the global energy company in Africa, Australia and Europe. Gregg was Regional Sales Director for BP’s Midwest Business Unit responsible for nearly five billion gallons of sales, through 300 distributors in 15 states. His marketing experience included leveraging BP’s sponsorship of the United States Olympic Committee which “forced him” to spend much of 2012 in London for the summer games.
Additionally, Gregg has extensive experience in Human Resources. As HR Manager for Refining and Marketing, he coached, counseled, and developed staff to improve teamwork and performance. As Director of Selection and Development for BP Oil, he led the business unit’s staff development, recruiting, selection decision teams, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion for over 1000 employees.
Most recently Gregg earned his Executive Coaching Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management and has an MBS from Cleveland State University. His undergraduate degree is in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
Gregg is actively involved in the community. He loves teaching junior and high school students at his synagogue. He currently serves on the board of the Cleveland International Film Festival and the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Federation. He is also involved in Facing History and Ourselves, Cleveland Public Theatre, Stop the Hate Competitive Writing Campaign and the Human Rights Campaign. He enjoys singing with the North Coast Men’s Chorus and running in weekend races.
