Gregg Levine is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Ratliff & Taylor. He provides guidance to all client levels including senior executives, management, and professionals. He also is a master facilitator leading group learning experiences both in-house for clients and public programs offered through The Leaders Studio at Ratliff & Taylor. His coaching style is based on his real-world experience from his tenure at BP and his work in the non-profit realm.
Gregg came to Ratliff & Taylor after a successful career at BP where he held positions in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Human Resources. Gregg worked internationally for the global energy company in Africa, Australia, and Europe, and he was Regional Sales Director for BP’s Midwest Business Unit responsible for nearly five billion gallons of sales, through 300 distributors in 15 states. His marketing experience included leveraging BP’s sponsorship of the United States Olympic Committee which “forced him” to spend much of 2012 in London for the summer games.
In all of Gregg’s non-profit work, his focus is on bringing together the diverse agendas of multiple stakeholders, finding common ground, building collaboration and consensus, and inspiring people with distinct and diversified backgrounds to champion common goals.
In his coaching work, Gregg emboldens people to look inward and define who they are – find their greatest strengths, opportunities for development, and the ever-present struggle of work/life balance. Gregg’s care and understanding as a coach bring people through a transitional period in their life to a renewed sense of self-confidence and passion for their careers and life.
Gregg has an Executive Coaching Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, and an MBA from Cleveland State University. His undergraduate degree is in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
