In addition to leading the non-profit practice, Linda engages in public speaking, presenting on topics related to talent management and acquisition in the non-profit sector. She is also the Global Practice Leader for the Non-Profit Search Practice at Cornerstone International Group, guiding 40 member firms across 56 countries.

Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Linda held several leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Her professional history includes positions at Timken, KeyBank, and Weltman, Weinberg & Reis. These roles provided a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition, informing her current success in non-profit executive search.
Where you won’t find Linda in her free time is within a 10-foot radius of the kitchen. Her culinary exploits have been so catastrophic, they should come with a warning label.
