Mark Little is a Vice President of Executive Search at Ratliff & Taylor. He brings over 25 years of corporate and third party search experience to the firm. Mark has earned the reputation as a dynamic recruiting professional focused on delivering strategic, timely recruiting solutions to clients. His search experience covers a number of industries.
Mark’s recent successes include engagements for a high profile bank President, COO, CCO, CFO, Controller, Director of Tax and senior marketers for both regionally-based and nationally focused financial services sector clients.
Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Mark spent nine years as a Senior Vice President of Executive Search at an executive retained search firm and two years at an executive outplacement firm.
Mark’s corporate experience in talent management includes the role of Vice President and Manager of Executive Search and Technical Recruiting for National City Corporation. He successfully recruited a number of key individuals for various disciplines including the chief economist; manager of asset/liability and securitization; managing director of the asset management group; manager of process improvement; manager of M&A; director of retail brokerage; and many others.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron. He is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (national and local) and Co-Chairs the Membership Committee for the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio. Mark is also a Member of the Leadership & Human Resources Management Advisory Board for the University of Akron and leads the Employment Transition Team for his church in Hudson, Ohio.
