Sheree presents professional development seminars on job search strategies, networking, interviewing, negotiations and technology in addition to providing coaching on a one-to-one basis. She specializes in Behavioral Interviewing, LinkedIn, and developing career strategies.
Sheree is a seasoned Human Resources leader and Business Partner with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked for prestigious organizations such as Cleveland Clinic and Invacare. Her extensive training and development experience crossed functional areas including operations, finance, distribution, customer service, and manufacturing. She has expertise in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Succession Planning.
Sheree is an experienced advisor to executive leadership teams on restructuring and reorganization. Her extensive experience also includes interviewing and hiring and she has trained many senior managers and executives in behavioral interviewing. Sheree has been recognized with “Excellence” awards in every company where she has worked.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Professional (CP) in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), is DDI certified in Behavioral Interviewing, and is a certified Serving Leadership Advisor.
