When working with Career Transition Clients, Sheree takes on the role of empathetic partner, calling on personal experience to help in the coaching process. While she provides sound advice, compassion is key in her coaching style. She designs workshops and training programs to help clients gain the necessary skills to identify and achieve next steps in their careers.
With over 25+ years of experience in Coaching, Mentoring and Human Resource expertise, Sheree is a seasoned Leader, working at Cleveland Clinic, Invacare Corporation and for a staffing agency prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor. As a trusted business partner, Sheree has worked with companies undergoing changes involving restructuring due to Mergers and Acquisitions and difficult economic times. She has worked cross functionally operationally, across multiple business units, advising Executive Leaders on organizational strategy and design. Well-versed in multiple industries including Manufacturing, Distribution and Healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Talent Management.
Outside of work, Sheree is our unofficial travel advisor, having taken over 30+ cruises and traveling to Mexico or the Caribbean in search of a sunny get away. She is an avid sports fan, describing herself as a lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan and a long-suffering Browns fan.
