Tricia Graham is the Career Transition Engagement Consultant at Ratliff & Taylor. She manages the initial engagement of candidates and enrolls them into their respective programs.
Tricia is often referred to as “the voice of Ratliff & Taylor” as she is the first point of contact to the candidates that have been affected by employment loss. She understands that this is a very sensitive and emotional time in their lives and takes this seriously. This is a fulfilling role as she connects on a personal level and is invested in their long-term job search success. The candidates have a feeling of relief once Tricia reaches out as they know they have support to launch a successful job search.
Tricia has over 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, and administration, and has been with Ratliff & Taylor for over seven years.
Outside of Ratliff & Taylor, Tricia enjoys playing tennis and entertaining others with her unique storytelling.
