Kyla Schneider is being promoted to Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Ratliff & Taylor. Kyla has been with Ratliff & Taylor for eight years as an Executive Coach and Senior Consultant in Leadership Development. While most of her time is spent supporting external clients, she also serves as the consultant to Ratliff & Taylor’s executive leadership team.
Kyla is known for her expertise coaching individuals and teams, focusing on communication, empowering women, developing fluid teamwork and leading with vision, courage and gratitude. Most recently her work has centered on organizational effectiveness and shaping organizational culture. As companies focus on purposeful vision, values, engagement, shifting work environments and more collaboration, Kyla is called upon to guide leaders in their strategy as they navigate a business world that is becoming increasingly more complex.
Kyla steps out of the corporate community taking her leadership to the non-profit sector as an advocate for women, education, art and faith communities. Most recently, Kyla joined the board of the Cleveland Institute of Art, as well as the national board of JLeaders, a cohort-based leadership program for young Jewish adults currently based in Silicon Valley desiring to level up personally and professionally.
