Ratliff & Taylor, Ohio’s largest full service Talent Management firm, is excited to share our newest addition to our expanding Leadership Development Practice. Please welcome Kyla Schneider, Sr. Leadership Development Consultant & Executive Coach, who joined the firm in early September.
Kyla brings a diverse combination of skills with over 30 years of experience in education, civic leadership, and coaching. Kyla has deep knowledge in adult education, educator training, board, professional and leadership development, and is an experienced executive coach on both local and national levels. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Siegel Life Long Learning Program at Case Western Reserve University. Kyla regularly engages in professional and personal development and received a certification from Case Western Reserve University – Weatherhead School of Management POSITIVE Change Initiative and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland as a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC).
Kyla’s specific expertise is coaching individuals and teams, focusing on communication, empowering women, developing fluid teamwork and operations, and leading with vision and gratitude. She is also an expert facilitator for meetings, group programs and development experiences.
Kyla is married to Mitchell Schneider – they are the proud parents of Sari (Seth), Ramie, Sam and Keeva and are over-the-moon grandparents of Everly Lilah and Ellis Solomon.
