Cleveland, OH, May 2, 2018 – Ratliff & Taylor, Northeast Ohio’s largest full-service talent management consultancy, is pleased to announce Linda Gray has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Practice Lead of Executive Search. Linda brings over 20 years’ experience to the firm with leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at top organizations such as Dealer Tire; Weltman, Weinberg & Reis; Timken; and KeyBank.
She oversees all aspects of the retained search practice, working closely with clients as well as leading the team of search consultants. Linda is directly responsible for the quality of each search and the entire client experience. Her oversight includes workforce planning for the practice, resource allocation, hiring, training, tracking metrics and leveraging best practices. In addition, Linda conducts her own executive search engagements.
Linda is known for building exceptional relationships, assessing needs, and engaging top talent. She is often sought for public speaking engagements on top trends in talent management and talent acquisition. Linda has experience leading recruitment strategies and engagements for all levels of leadership and across functional areas within the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Ms. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ursuline College and a certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Kent State University. She is also a certified train-the-trainer for Behavioral Based Interviewing and is certified in Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.
