Cleveland, OH, August 1, 2022 – Ratliff & Taylor, the largest full-service talent management consultancy in the Midwest, welcomes Alison Arkin as the new SVP & Practice Lead of Leadership Development. Alison takes the reins August 1st from Jennifer Cohen who has led the practice for the last nine years; Jennifer will remain with Ratliff & Taylor to focus on Executive & Leader Development services. Alison is a “boomerang” member of Ratliff & Taylor having worked with the firm prior to joining Goodyear as Global Talent Manager of Learning & Development. Earlier in her career, she held strategic leadership positions at the Cleveland Clinic and a multi-state pharmacy/home healthcare organization. Alison is a professional speaker, Certified Serving Leader Advisor, Adult Leadership Maturity Framework Coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a graduate of The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is a Trustee of The Temple-Tifereth Israel and Past Board Member of ICF-Cleveland. As she returns to Ratliff & Taylor, Alison will oversee all aspects of the Leadership Development practice including Organizational Design, Executive Coaching and Leader Development at all levels.
