Linda Gray joined Ratliff & Taylor in February as the Vice President of Executive Search Operations. In this role, Linda is directly responsible for the client experience and quality of each search. She also manages the day to day operations of the search practice and serves as a lead consultant on select projects. In addition, her oversight includes workforce planning for the practice, resource allocation, hiring, training, tracking metrics and leveraging best practices.
For the past several years this role was held by Leigh Mars, who has taken the role of Senior Consultant, Executive Search, Systems & Analytics.
As an experienced HR professional in Northeast Ohio, Linda is known for building exceptional relationships with clients and candidates, assessing talent strategies and business needs, engaging top talent and consulting on current labor market trends. Prior to joining the firm, Linda held several leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at organizations including Dealer Tire; Weltman, Weinberg & Reis; Timken and KeyBank.
In addition to her primary responsibilities in leading the search team, Linda also engages in public speaking, presenting on a variety of topics related to talent management and talent acquisition.
Ms. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ursuline College and a certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Kent State University. She is also a certified train-the-trainer for Behavioral Based Interviewing and is certified in Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.
