Becky Osborne is a Career Transition Coach with Ratliff & Taylor. With 25+ years of experience in Human Resources, she is able to help all levels of transitioning professionals. Becky enjoys getting to know people, building relationships, and sharing connections. She’s inclusive and looks to broaden perspectives by helping others see different points of view.
Becky has led Human Resources in small growing entrepreneurial businesses. Most recently, she was VP, Talent Acquisition/Senior HR Manager for Bellwether Enterprise, a commercial real estate mortgage banker with 33 offices throughout the US, which grew from 200 to 400 people during her tenure. Formerly, she was the Director of HR for SS&G, a regional accounting firm, which grew from 110 employees in three offices to 600 employees in nine offices before they were sold to BDO in 2015. She helped both organizations find, integrate, develop, and grow talent while building a great place to work and keeping turnover low. She has also been involved in onboarding and integrating numerous mergers and acquisitions and was a trusted advisor for all levels. One of her greatest achievements was helping SS&G to be named the Best Employer in Ohio award for nine years.
Becky has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. She holds both her PHR and SHRM-CP and is certified in DiSC and 12 Driving Forces with TTI Success Insights.
