Meg Bradt is the Managing Director, New York for Ratliff & Taylor. She operates Ratliff & Taylor’s first New York office, oversees executive search engagements, and works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and strategic objectives. For over two decades, Meg has focused on the corporate finance and strategic general management functions at clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to private equity portfolio companies and professional service firms. Her long-standing client relationships are based on the highest level of service delivery and a deep understanding of organizational culture.
Having lived and worked in London, Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, and six American cities, Meg brings a global perspective to her clients. An entrepreneur, she has started two companies: Simetra Executive Search Partners, and PrimeGenesis, a leading provider of executive onboarding and transition acceleration services.
Prior to joining Ratliff & Taylor, Meg led Simetra Executive Search, the New York City partner of Cornerstone International Group. She has also worked with the New York office of a global executive search firm and ran the operations of Cataval, a Los Angeles-based marketing company. She began her career in the management development program of retailer Lord & Taylor.
Meg has served on the board of the American Friends of Winchester College, as a mentor to business students in the ‘Executives on Campus’ program at Baruch College, CUNY, as a Director of PrimeGenesis and Board Advisor to WatermanHurst. She has a BA degree in Economics and Government from Bentley University.
