Mike’s experience in Human Resources spans four decades and he has been a trusted advisor to senior executives for more than 30 years. Mike spent 18 years with a Fortune 500 company where he served as a corporate officer and human resources executive with enterprise-wide responsibility for talent management, employee engagement and organizational development.
Mike has served as a board member for several small, closely-held corporations. He has also engaged in pro bono work for a variety of non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio.
