Before joining Ratliff & Taylor, Paul served as a Senior Career Coach with a regional career transition firm and Career Consultant with an international talent management organization. His professional journey spans multiple sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, academia, and mental health, with a robust HR background that encompasses corporate, divisional, and plant settings. His areas of expertise include compensation, recruitment, and training and development. Paul holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baldwin-Wallace University.
In addition to his HR consulting work, Paul is a certified hypnotherapist specializing in regression into the past, behavior modification for the present and forward progression techniques to envision desired future outcomes.
