Paul DiFranco is a Senior Consultant with Ratliff & Taylor specializing in Career Transition. As a consultant, he provides career transition counseling services to clients of all levels and industries.
Prior to coming onboard with Ratliff & Taylor, he worked as a Senior Career Coach with a regional career transition firm and as Career Management Consultant with an international talent management organization.
Paul began his 28-year career in Human Resources working in various roles at ARMCO and FirstEnergy. He has performed HR work at corporate, divisional and plant settings. His corporate level HR specialty areas include employee compensation, recruitment and the training and development of professionals and managers.
He took a break from the HR field and developed his entrepreneurial skills by opening and operating a national educational franchise where he and his staff improved student performance in academic subjects and college admission tests.
He earned a Master of Labor and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and uses his instructional, coaching and consulting expertise extensively at Ratliff & Taylor.
At the community level, Paul served on the leadership group for the North Canton Executive Networking Group and Cuyahoga Valley Association for Talent Development. He enjoys instructing yoga and meditation classes.
