Linda Frazier is a Senior Consultant with Ratliff & Taylor who assists across multiple practice areas. She partners with leaders to provide strategic planning, transformational change management, executive recruiting, performance acceleration and facilitation services. She brings over 30 years of diverse Human Resource leadership experience working with financial services, manufacturing, higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations.
Before joining Ratliff & Taylor, Linda had direct responsibility for the Human Resources management of the Finance Division (3500+ people) at Cleveland Clinic. In this role, she provided recruiting, onboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee relations, training & development and succession planning support. Linda led the training and development team at Cuyahoga Community College where she developed and implemented leadership, cultural, technical and role-specific training. She also worked at KeyBank where she managed strategic employee engagement initiatives focusing on high-touch onboarding and targeted development plans that led to increased retention and performance management programs that were aligned with cultural & organizational goals.
As a native Clevelander, Linda loves to spend time with family and friends exploring the Metroparks. She is an avid gardener at her neighborhood community garden.
