Ratliff & Taylor, the area’s largest full-service talent management firm, hosted over 150 clients and friends to honor the promotion of Beth Sweeney to President. The event also served as the unveiling of the organization’s newly-renovated office space which was completed earlier in May. Sweeney’s promotion and the renovation reflect Ratliff & Taylor’s commitment to Northeast Ohio and the talent in the region.
Sweeney was honored to connect with so many of her friends and business partners from over the years and chat about the impressive new look of the firm’s office. The centerpiece of the renovation effort is the custom furniture using reclaimed materials from several area landmarks and built by Rustbelt Reclamation. A favored piece is the 15-foot board room table, featuring a six-sided tabletop made from the production floor of the Chrysler Stamping Plant in Twinsburg. The custom steel legs mimic the bridges throughout Cleveland, and the total weight of the piece is over 600 pounds.
Upon looking back on the evening, Beth’s sentiment reflected that of the entire organization. “Many thanks to everyone who came to the open house; the event was better than I could have imagined. I feel so blessed to be able to work with a team that is so passionate about what they do, and business partners who truly feel like friends to me. Our success is built on trust, so thank you to the organizations who continue to trust us when it comes to their talent needs.”
